** Last Christmas, Grandpa was feeling his age, and found that shopping for Christmas gifts had become too difficult. So he decided to send checks to everyone instead. In each card he wrote, “Buy your own present!” and mailed them early. He enjoyed the usual flurry of family festivities, and it was only after the holiday that he noticed that he had received very few cards in return. Puzzled over this, he went into his study, intending to write a couple of his relatives and ask what had happened. It was then, as he cleared off his cluttered desk that he got his answer. Under a stack of papers, he was horrified to find the gift checks which he had forgotten to enclose with the cards.

We had a decent run in today with good buyer attendance. Alfalfa sold steady to stronger. Grass aslo sold steady to stronger. Straw sold very well and corn stalks sold steady. Overall quality at the auction was good. We will NOT be having a sale on Thursday December 26, 2019. No other sale days will be affected this holiday season

The wife said, “Where are you, you know we have lots to do.” He said, “You remember the jewelers we went into about 10 years ago and you fell in love with that diamond necklace? I could not afford it at the time and I said that one day I would get it for you?” Little tears stared to flow down her cheek and she got all choked up… “Yes, I do remember that shop,” she replied. “Well, I am in the gun shop right next door to that.”

** An old man calls his son and says, “Listen, your mother and I are getting divorced. Forty-five years of misery is enough.” “Dad, what are you talking about?” the son screams. “We can’t stand the sight of each other any longer,” he says. “I’m sick of her face, and I’m sick of talking about this, so call your sister and tell her,” and he hangs up..
Now, the son is worried. He calls his sister. She says, “No way are they getting divorced!” She calls their father immediately. “You’re not getting divorced! Don’t do another thing! The two of us are flying home tomorrow to talk about this. Until then, do not call a lawyer, and do not file a single paper! DO YOU HEAR ME?!” She hangs up the phone.
The old man turns to his wife and says, “Okay, they’re both coming for Christmas, and they are paying their own airfares!”
